Service Description
Restorative yoga is a slow and gentle practice that focuses on mindfulness and deep relaxation. Using props like blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps, we support the body in restful poses held for 5-10 minutes. This approach allows us to work with the fascia in a gentle way, promoting flexibility and releasing tension while calming the mind. We also engage with the meridian channels, encouraging the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body. The emphasis on breath awareness helps us connect deeply with our inner selves, fostering tranquility and healing. Restorstive Yoga practice is suitable for: All levels, from beginners to advanced intermediates, providing options for a wide range of skill levels. Those with physical limitations, as our instructors are happy to tailor the session to your needs. Individuals who are at least six months post-injury, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Older kids, with parental discretion, for a mindful and engaging experience. Please note that this practice is not appropriate for pregnancy.
