Service Description
Yin yoga is a non-doing practice that encourages us to disengage our muscles and surrender to gravity. We hold each posture for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to relax deeply and open up. This gentle approach creates space for the fascia to release tension and the meridian channels to facilitate the flow of Qi (energy). By embracing this mindful surrender, we cultivate a profound sense of calm and awareness, promoting both physical and emotional well-being. Yin Yoga practice is suitable for: All levels, from beginners to advanced intermediates, providing options for a wide range of skill levels. Those with physical limitations, as our instructors are happy to tailor the session to your needs. Individuals who are at least six months post-injury, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Older kids, with parental discretion, for a mindful and engaging experience. Please note that this practice is not appropriate for pregnancy.
